Welcome to What's Up ("the Software"). By visiting this site or using the Software you agree to the terms below.

1. Trial

Without a License Key, you may use the Software free of charge for 3 days. The trial requires no signup and does not auto-charge.

2. Payment and License Key

• Upon successful payment you receive a personal, non-transferable License Key.
• Each key binds to a single Mac for the life of that device. Self-service rebinding is not offered — to use the Software on a new or additional Mac, please purchase an additional key.
• If your bound Mac is permanently lost, destroyed, or transferred, email hello@findwhatsup.com and we'll manually unbind the original key after verification.
• Publishing, sharing, reselling, or lending your License Key is forbidden. Any Key found to be shared will be permanently revoked without refund.

3. Refunds

Full refunds within 7 days of purchase — no questions asked. Email hello@findwhatsup.com. Because a key binds to one Mac for life, a refunded key is permanently revoked. Beyond 7 days we no longer process refunds.

4. Updates

Your license is perpetual. Every update to What's Up is free. If we ever release a separately-branded, materially different product (a new app, not an update to What's Up), that product is a separate purchase — it's not covered by this license.

5. Prohibited use

• Reverse-engineering, disassembling, or otherwise bypassing the license verification
• Redistributing the Software in whole or in part, including modified versions
• Using the Software for any unlawful or abusive purpose

6. Disclaimer

The Software ships "as is". It is a developer utility that displays process information and sends signals to processes owned by the current user under explicit user action. While we strive for correct behaviour we cannot be held responsible for:

• Data loss resulting from user-initiated "Kill" actions
• Faults in third-party tools (editors, databases, container runtimes)
• Force majeure or network outages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law we disclaim liability for indirect damages. Total liability is capped at the amount you actually paid.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts with jurisdiction over the Licensor's principal place of business.

8. Changes

Material changes will be communicated in-app and via the updated Effective date above. Continued use implies acceptance.
